Shadow Lab (shadow.wang) was founded and is operated by Ward. Shadow Garment is dedicated to AI styling and private clienteling for apparel stores. We strictly enforce data minimization, absolute tenant isolation, and zero unauthorized data monetization to protect store curators, stylists, and clientele.
1. Information We Collect
We strictly adhere to data minimization principles:
- Account & Onboarding Information: We collect your name, WeChat ID (for scheduling and demo communication), store name, city, and store scale (optional). We never mandate personal government IDs or unnecessary profiling.
- Boutique Garment & Client Profiles: In-stock garment photos, fabric tags, category attributes, and client taste profiles (color palettes, fit preferences, past styling notes). All boutique data remains 100% your proprietary property, completely isolated by tenant, and is never used to train public open models or shared across stores.
- Try-On & Visual Reference Photos: To generate personalized outfit previews, the system processes client portrait or outfit reference photos solely upon authorized upload. Such photos are used strictly for local styling synthesis and private viewing. We strictly restrict usage, never extract or misuse high-precision facial biometric liveness vectors, never use them to train public open models, and never share them across merchants. Store curators retain absolute aesthetic arbitration.
- Visitor Statistics: We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. Vercel describes it as privacy-friendly, real-time traffic insights.
- Zero Ads & No Data Selling: We never integrate third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdSense) and will never sell, lease, or trade boutique or client data to commercial third parties.
2. Data Storage & Security Safeguards
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption enforced across all endpoints.
- Tenant Isolation: Row-Level Security (RLS) and cryptographic access tokens ensure client profiles are visible strictly to authorized staff seats.
- CDN Protection: Dedicated China CDN mandates strict Referer whitelisting and monthly quota circuit breakers to prevent data scraping.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
The pages of this website do not set cookies or use browser LocalStorage. The language is set by the page address (for example /en/ or /ja/), and this site has no sign-in, so no session credentials are stored. You may clear cookies at any time via your browser settings.
4. Your Rights and Data Control
Boutique curators retain full rights to inspect, correct, or permanently delete store data and client dossiers. Requests emailed to support@shadow.wang are fulfilled within 5 business days.
